Terms & Conditions.
Effective Date: July 2025
Website: www.dasheoflace.co.uk
Welcome, and thank you for visiting A Dåshe Of Låce. These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the customer) and me (the artist and owner of this site) when you browse the site, place an order, or commission a piece of artwork. By using this website or purchasing from me, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully — they’re here to create clarity, trust, and a smooth creative journey for both of us.
1. About the Shop
A Dåshe Of Låce offers original artwork, spiritual pieces, and custom commissions created with care and intention. All products are created, sold and shipped from the United Kingdom.
2. Placing Orders
When you place an order or commission, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete information (especially for shipping)
Pay the full amount discussed before any work begins (unless otherwise agreed)
Review any custom or commission details before confirming the order
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with details about processing time and delivery.
3. Commissions & Custom Work
Commissioned pieces are deeply personal and created with soul and intention. When you request a custom artwork from me, you're inviting something special into your space — each piece is infused with energy, intention, and frequency to support manifestation and inner alignment.
The process flows as follows:
You'll share your inspiration, energy, or the vision you'd like the artwork to hold space for — either through the contact form or by email.
I will intuitively tune in and respond with a proposed direction, timeline, and pricing.
A deposit or full payment will be requested before beginning.
Minor revisions are welcome, but significant changes once the process has begun may incur an additional fee.
Each custom piece is co-created with intention and cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has started, except in rare or compassionate circumstances. Thank you for understanding the energetic nature of this offering.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely via Squarespace’s integrated payment system.
A Dåshe Of Låce does not store or have access to your card details — all transactions are handled by trusted third-party processors.
5. Shipping & Delivery
I ship orders worldwide from the UK using reliable carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout or confirmed by email for smaller items such as my manifestation journals.
For larger creations, like bespoke commissions, I’ll provide a personalised shipping quote once your purchase is complete. This payment must be made within 24 hours via PayPal. Please note that if payment is not received within this time, your order will be cancelled. I am beyond grateful to everyone who completes their payment promptly, this helps keep the process flowing smoothly and ensures your order moves forward without delay.
For UK residents, shipping is already included in the checkout price.
Please note:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
I am not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by postal services or customs.
You will receive tracking details if available.
6. Refunds & Returns
Because each piece is handmade and often personalised, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please email me within 14 days of receiving it and include photos if applicable. I’ll always do my best to resolve things fairly and kindly.
Digital products (if ever offered in future) are non-refundable once downloaded.
7. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artwork, designs, and content on this website — including commissions — are the original work of Lace Redding, the artist behind A Dåshe Of Låce.
This means:
You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or modify any artwork without my written permission.
You are welcome to share your commissioned artwork online (with credit, if you wish), but you do not receive ownership of the design or commercial rights unless we have made a separate agreement in writing.
All rights are retained by the artist, Lace Redding, unless expressly transferred.
8. Limitation of Liability
I will always do my best to ensure a positive and professional experience. However, A Dåshe Of Låce is not responsible for:
Any indirect loss or damage (e.g. postal delays or missed deadlines)
Errors caused by incorrect information provided at checkout
External factors beyond my control (weather, customs, etc.)
My total liability in connection with any order will never exceed the amount paid for that order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any dispute arises, we’ll aim to resolve it respectfully and amicably — but if needed, it will be handled through the UK legal system.
